Duties may include acting as a lead worker or student supervisor for one or more production areas; performing tasks with little or no supervision; assisting in training new employees; and organizing and coordinating work of other Composition Aides.

Desirable Qualifications: Considerable experience and expertise in a composition workshop required; ability to perform all aspects of one or more production processes; organizational and computer skills; ability to lead others.
