View Work-Study Earnings on CAESAR

You can now check the amount of your work-study allotment that you have earned on CAESAR. Please keep in mind that the amount showing is as of the latest payroll. (Payrolls are biweekly—every other Friday.) Since you are paid 2 weeks after you complete the work, there can be a paycheck in process. The actual amount remaining in your work-study allotment could be less than you are viewing on CAESAR.

To view what you have earned log into CAESAR with your Net ID and Password. Go to “For Students” > “Financial Services” > “Work-Study by Academic Year”. Enter the aid year “2008” and click “Retrieve Values” (you cannot click enter). You will see “Total Accepted Amount: (Work-Study Award), “Total Earnings” (as of the latest payroll) and “Earnings Remaining.”

It is up to you and your employer to monitor your work-study earnings. An email notification will be sent to you when you have less than $700 left to earn in your work-study allotment.
