| The Business/Farm Supplement
is used to gather additional information from families who
own a business or a farm. Families of students applying to
Northwestern as entering freshmen or transfer students who
indicate ownership of a business or farm on their CSS Profile must
complete this form. Current students already
attending Northwestern do not need to complete this form if
they have done so in a prior year. |

| Some families will find that
the Business/Farm Supplement asks for information that does
not apply to their particular enterprise. If one of the questions
is not applicable, please put a zero where appropriate. Do not
leave questions blank. Feel free to use the space provided on
the form or attach a separate sheet if you wish to elaborate
on any of your answers or to explain why some parts of the form
are not applicable. Be sure to complete the form for the appropriate
academic year, and to return it to the Office
of Financial Aid by mail. This form will not be accepted
by fax or e-mail. |
